Builders

There are a number of builders in the area and the usual caution applies as there are some good builders and some not so good builders. Consequently, people who are planning to build are urged to ensure they are dealing with a reputable builder. The Admiral Island & Pelican Bany Home Owners Association, its EXCOM and the Managing Agent, do not recommend any builder either implied or directly nor do they accept any responsibility or liability for any building work. There are also no preferred builders in regard to the Island as some advertisements may suggest.
